They require a Travel Supervisor to drive and grow sales through the retail store. Achieving and exceeding all sales targets, whilst ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service, in compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines, and to drive sales into the concession by motivating and developing the staff within your store.
The right candidate:
- Must have proven supervisory experience
- Travel experience in a similar role
- You must have either travelled to a long haul destination or worked with the long haul products
- To encourage, motivate and lead a team of people to whom they aspire to
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills
- Sales driven with a passion for providing excellent customer service
You will work 5 days per week on a shift basis which will include evening and week end work.
