They require a Travel Consultant to drive and grow sales through the retail store. Achieving and exceeding all sales targets, whilst ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service, in compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
The right candidate:
- Previous retail experience (either travel or non-travel related)
- Long haul travel experience preferred (either career related or personal)
- Use your own initiative to drive business to the concession
- Sales driven with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- To ensure you have an awareness of the business within the town
- Self motivated and willing to work alone on occasions
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Good numerical skills with the ability to manually calculate holiday costs without error

You will work 5 days per week on a shift basis which will include evening and week end work.
