My client is a European Ski specialist. They organize group and individual travel to some of Europes most prestigious ski resorts.
They are currently looking a new member of their team to work on a 6 months contract over the busy winter months.
Role of Ski Reservations & Accommodation Controller:
Respond to Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hoteliers and suppliers.
Manage the allocation of accommodation held ensuring allocations of rooms are on sale or removed from sale at the right time.
Source additional rooms where required by the needs of the business
Respond to calls and correspondence from hoteliers and administer
Deal with confirmations and cancellations to
Dealing with resort manifests
Necessary experience:
Experience of working within the travel industry, with a keen interest in ski holidays
FLUENT in French (written and verbal)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
IT Literate
Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong relationships
An organized approach to work
Extra Information:
This role is a 6 month contract
The opening hours are 9am-8pm Monday-Friday, and every other Saturday
Shifts will be allocated on a rota basis in advance
The contract is designed on annualised Hours
Flexibility with working hours is essential
