Employment runs on a seasonal basis with excellent potential to progress from one season to the next, including the summer seasons in our beach resorts. You can really develop your career from one season to the next whilst discovering exciting new places along the way!
Our kitchen teams work on a rolling rota over 6 days a week with the pattern changing from one week to the next. We offer a full cooked breakfast, a delicous afternoon tea then a hearty 3 course dinner in the evenings. Working to our set menus, you will be responsible for proving the high standards of food that are guests are expecting.
